New Partnership between EDS Asia Sdn Bhd and HTRI

EDS Asia Sdn. Bhd. Extends Warm Welcome to Heat Transfer Research, Inc. (HTRI®) Into Its Corporate Family.

EDSA is proud to welcome Heat Transfer Research, Inc. (HTRI®) into its corporate family in late 2008.

HTRI® was incorporated in 1962 with the primary objective of conducting applied research in the field of process heat transfer and fluid flow using industrial-size equipment and converting the results into dependable design methods. A few years later, HTRI® moved from Bartlesville, Oklahoma, to Alhambra, California, and continued to grow in size and reputation. While in California, HTRI's experiments were conducted on research units located at C.F. Braun, Inc. In 1990, HTRI® relocated from California to College Station, Texas, where we built a multi-million dollar research facility that has been significantly expanded during the last two decades. Today, HTRI® has grown from its eleven charter members to nearly 1,000 industrial consortium members and offers the most advanced technology and software for the design and calculation of process heat transfer equipment.
